Description
We supply original Eickhoff radial shaft seals (Part# N008451 00), precision-engineered for SL500 shearer ranging arms and traction system shafts. This heavy-duty seal features a fluoroelastomer (FKM) sealing lip with garter spring that maintains constant contact pressure under 0.5mm shaft runout, effectively excluding coal dust particles >1μm in wet mining environments.
Manufactured to DIN 3761 standards, the seal incorporates a steel outer case with phosphate coating for corrosion resistance and static sealing in housing bores. The micro-grooved lip design pumps back small fluid leaks while the anti-abrasive PTFE dust lip protects the main sealing element in high-concentration coal dust conditions (>500g/m³). Each seal is 100% tested at 2.5 bar pressure differential and certified for 8,000+ hours service life in SL500 applications.
